Having purchased her first home and subsequent additions to her property portfolio, she is no stranger to the game and has shifted her focus from putting food in people’s mouths, to putting rooves over their heads. Kate has lived all over inner Sydney. From Longueville in the north, to Marrickville in the inner west. Bronte in the east and numerous city fringe locations. She knows Sydney like a true local.
